Customer service Improvement suggestion

Recently I received a request from HL for suggestions on how customer service could be improved. I didn't complete the request because I am very satisfied with the service. However, I now have a suggestion. I would suggest that customer names should be included on statements along with Client numbers. This is because of difficulty experienced with HMRC when providing proof of payments my son made into his SIPP account. There is a Client number but no name nor National Insurance number. Had either of these been on his statements, the process would have been expedited
