I’ve ordered from them many times and the only time I had a problem they replaced the pants immediately. I didn’t even have to return the flawed pants.
I will continue to do business with them and urge others to not hesitate to buy from them.

Thai Harem Pants
I ordered two pair of these Harem Pants. One pair fell apart in the wash, having only worn them once and having handwashed them.
I got back in touch with the company by messaging their Facebook site, Thai Harem Pants, to be ignored on three occaisions. I inboxed them to be told to send an email to www.harempants, which I did, requesting a replacement pair. Company inboxed me saying "Are you bat *** crazy?" to which I responded, "No, just regular crazy and great customer service." I received an email saying they were sending out a replacement pair and warning me to never comment on their site again or they "would be pissed, and you don't want that".
Replacement pair arrived and they are very thin material with loose stitching. Never again.

The reason why they asked if you're batshit crazy is because it specifically states on the FAQ for the website "COLD HAND WASH ONLY"
If you're *** enough to not even put in a little effort to your purchase and ruin them without even looking at the correct way to wash them, it's your own fault.
