Hare Chevrolet - Sales Representative Review
Bought a used care the tire pressure gage went bad the day after I got it. They were reluctant to fix. Then I brought it in to service Jim Wordon the Service Representative was rude, I tried to explain this was all set up and he said: "then you need to figure it out."Then said we don't have the part what do you think you brought a Honda to a Chevy Dealership. I will tell you what I think; Courtney Cole and Monica Peck you need to train your staff in the art of customer service. I have purchased 2 cars from you in the last year and I assure you I will never buy or spend another dime again. It is very obvious that all you are is a number when you enter Hare Chevrolet, they don't care about you once they have your money.

Poor customer service
I had thought I arranged a simple transaction for a new vehicle for my wife. My intentions were for her to pick up the car and enjoy the process of buying a new and driving her new baby home!!! Boy was I wrong!!! They didn’t like the price we had agreed on and ended up selling her a used car and called it new. On top of that the used high pressure sales tactics with salesmen attacking her with prices and offers to the point she cried and felt there was no way out. The year was last year’s model which was supposed to come with zero percent interest and they talked her into a longer loan with interest added to save her money. If that wasn’t enough they sold her some bogus insurance to add to her payment they were trying to lower. I HOLD MYSELF SOMEWHAT RESPONSIBLE DUE TO THE FACT I WAS WRONG ABOUT TRUSTING THIS PLACE WITH MY WIFE AND HER NEW CAR PURCHASE.

Hare Chevrolet Sucks!!
I initially submitted a finance application in November. A few days later a sales rep by the name of Chad called me and we discussed what vehicle I was looking for. After more than three voicemails and two emails to Chad inquiring to see if he had found something for me and getting no response I decided to go to the dealership myself. When I got there he stated he did not have time to talk to me and pointed me in the direction of where his pre-owned vehicles were that I was looking for and he went back inside. I walked around for a few minutes and didn't find anything and walked back into the dealership. I approached the customer service staff and asked if there was another sales rep that I can deal with. A sales rep by the name of Joe stated he also not have time as he had to take another sales rep to the airport. We did exchange phone numbers and he said he would call me when he got back. He texted me a couple of hours later and said that he was on his way and he would call me when he got back when I called him and said that I had to leave the area. After more than 2 more hours I finally decided to come back to the dealership to which I see him sitting at his desk. He brought me out to the vehicle that I was initially looking and gave me the keys and a dealer plate for a vehicle and said I'll see you when you get back and walked back inside. I decided this vehicle was not the right vehicle for me and gave all the details of this vehicle requirements that I was looking for to Joe. He stated he would call me the very next day and give me the information on any vehicle said he had an inventory or en route to his dealership. I even told Joe that I had $10,000 cash to put down for a vehicle. It is now 4 days later and I've yet to hear back from Joe. I take it from their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for my time as a consumer they do not want my business. I will be going somewhere else to buy a $30,000 SUV. Sorry Hare but you had your chance!! my advice to anybody seeking a new or pre-owned vehicle. Do not go to Hare Chevrolet! If their sales staff is this unresponsive I'd hate to see what their service department is like.
