Refusal by company to reimburse my return expenses.

I received merchandise from them that I did not order. I contacted the company and they directed me to return the merchandise at my expense. I requested a refund for my expenditures and they refused claiming that I should contact the "Customer" on the order (Melina Thompson), who I do not know, and who they state "gifted" me the merchandise. The postage costs were &8.25.

User's recommendation: I would not make any purchases from Hardware Plus Tools.
