I have purchased from hardgraft leather for years. I purchase a $1200 bag and when it arrived I was not satisfied so I filled out the return process and waited and waited and waited.
Mind you they have a 14 day return policy, well it took 12 days for them to get back to me.
Be careful if you live in the United States and order from this company. I have been a loyal customer and was treated horrible because I wanted to return a product I was not satisfied with.
