Very Rude Staffs

I have been using HarborCloud for a while with having 2 users capability, myself and my accountant both have access to the Harbor. All of sudden we could not get on at the same time, i reached out to customer support who turned around that we were set up under a wrong setting, we should have 2 subscribtion not one and it should be common sense for us to know that plus it's not their duty to check what we were set up under ( very dumb response). I do not work for Harborcloud how am i supose to know what they have set up. Then he requested his supervisor to call me and she started bullying me that i have to subscribe to 2 user account today and increase my fees, any company that strives on customer services would have approached this in a better manner that would indicate they want your business. A simple ohh i'm sorry we set you on a wrong plan we can have the plan go into effect next week would have been a better approach and i would have gladly pay the exra. Their attitudes is nothing to write home about. She wanted to charge today for nothing that was no fault of mine and had the audacity to tell me it was common sense to know we needed 2 subscription when common sense should have told her ow to retain a customer. I will be moving my business else where and a lot has changed ths company now not worth wasting my cents with then

Harborcloud service did not function then charged me for additional month

This company's quickbooks hosting service did not function at all when I started (and paid for) my subscription and they took a week to fix it. I cancelled because it took so long to fix and then they charged me the following month too! Incredibly slow response time on support requests and generally a substandard service compared to othe quickbooks hosting providers. Always excuses for not responding to support requests. I have to change my visa in fear of them charging it again! Scummy company and business practices. I would have expected more from a certified intuit host. Avoid Harborcloud!

I posted this complaint regarding Harborcloud under an anonymous username. Unfortunately pissedconsumer does not allow the deletion or alteration of complaints, because Harborcloud has now responded to fairly to my issues.

Harborcloud issued a credit for the month that I felt was unfairly charged. They apologized for the charging error on the second month. Although I had some issues with getting set-up at the start of my subscription, I did not use them for long enough to fairly judge the overall quality of their services as a long term client. I ended up staying with the provider I was with before I tried switching to them.

Although I had some issues at the start of my subscription, and with communication on the erroneous billing (which has now been rectified) they seemed to know their stuff, and I would now comfortably recommend that anyone considering hosting Quickbooks in the cloud include Harborcloud in their considerations.
