the apartment building harborlake is charging there tenat for the services that is includ e inthe lease the only thing that we have to pay is for the gas billand that isall i think place is taking advantage of the working people .we have topaid all the utilittes that was include inthe leasealso they are over charge on rent and i do not have a home phone which every body have i have touse my cell phone all the time and when youare late with the rent the ycharge wit h eight fivedollars every day we have to paid for our utilittesnow
