The people who are leaving 4 and 5-star reviews probably wear their slippers one day per year. The sad truth is that you simply cannot wear these every day as they are of such poor quality that in 2-3 months the soles completely wear out and develop holes that make wearing them dangerous.
Even worse, when you reach out to the company for replacements, they blow you off and give you lame excuses. If you don't believe me, then go ahead and waste your money, and in 3 months you will have slippers that are crap and full of holes.

Every time Ive used their link customer service sends me Im unable to process and it keeps me to contact customer service which keeps sending me to tue same link. I will contact their corporate office and file a complaint with the BBB.
