At first had a hard time getting QR code on line

At first, I had a difficult time trying to get the QR code online. After reaching Nichole, a live remote agent, she got everything straightened out right away with no problems!

She deserves a pat on the back and a raise! So, congratulations on being an excellent service person!

Can’t access qr code

I have tried repeatedly to access their QR code for a return. I was in the store and lost it & couldn't get it back.

Preferred solution: A QR code

Generally any returns are easy but my last return request wasn’t easy and am still waiting to hear from Shein Customer Serviced for resolution

Lost package

No confirmation was received because it was sent to the incorrect email by the online store, not happy returns. Happy returns gave me number to online store to call and issue was resolved
