I am very satisfied and happy with the results of my nails. They are always exactly like the picture I chose for my nails design or even better than the original design. I love the services I received from here on every occasion. I also received great compliments on my nails from the public.

Used four times. What was I thinking to keep going back!?
Technician insinuated I didn't know how I wanted my nails shaped (almond). Never got it even after I showed picture more than once. Said they didn't need photo. Hurt me with drill had to keep asking to stop.
Hurt me using their nail to push back cuticle. Now my nails are lifting. Tried to phone owner several times do he could improve their business; they were never available. Don't want anyone else to experience damage I have.
Customer is not always right here. Object to rude term used for dissatisfied customer.
Preferred solution: Keep from harming other customers
User's recommendation: Don't go!
Happy Nails Customer Care Review
Well i guess i won't take my little sista to koko's. I hate going places that speak a foreign language.
You know they talking bout you. IDK, at the salon place i always ask them to wash their hands before giving me a eyebrow shape up.
You ain't giving me no foreign disease. Let them talk: they can kiss my natural black @#$
Happy Nails kept my flip flops and gave bad service
I was looking for a nail service closer to home, so I thought I would give Happy Nails a try. I went in for a nail fill and a pedicure. I brought in my own pedicure/nail kit to be used. A few words of warning, in my experience...
The guy seemed pleasant enough and the pedicure chair was great, but I got a quickie pedicure and they used cheap or old polish, because my toe polish began chipping in about a weak.
My toes were drying, while he was working on my nails. The guy said he had 17 years experience doing nails but he made my natuarally curvy nails look flat!, and he left loose acrylic on most of my nails, that I filed off right there in front of him. We were just about done when he took my flip flops out of my kit and said "I will just throw these away and give you a new pair next time you come in" I was really taken aback, but I stammered "OK" because I figured he was just trying to drum up return business.
I had already decided I wouldn't be back to him for nail work, but as I said, the pedicure chair was worth a return trip, and I didn't know yet that the nail polish was so ***
The next time I came by they were closed (more than an hour earlier than their sign advertised. Hmmp! Wasted trip.
The next time, he wasn't there to fullfill his agreement, and again, I got a lousy nail job. I was now convinced no one had experience in that joint.
The following, and final time, I went there (for a pedicure), the guy was there, but didn't have time to squeeze me in. It was like a Tuesday for Pete's Sake. The sign says walk-in's welcome, not, by appointment only. Again, another wasted trip. OK, so that was IT for me! I walked out determined to not come back, but then I remembered he still had not replaced the flip flops he took from my bag, so I went back in, and I told him "just replace the flip flops you took and I'll be on my way". Well, his response to that was he didn't have any in stock right now. I said, "Of course you don't" and walked out again for the LAST time!
