I placed an order on Jan 15th and it still hasnt been processed & the live chat never works, emails remain unanswered and Im down $90! Im so disappointed as I use3 other products to which Ive now cancelled all my subscriptions & they are amazing if the do arrive, really *** customer service especially fora repeat customer,

I've received the Happy Mammoth order, but when I opened the box, one of the 4 bottles was shattered. May I please request another bottle to be shipped to me as a replacement, free of charge?
If not, may I request a refund for a bottle? I've sent 2 emails asking for my request to be addressed and sent pictures of the damaged bottle. The first email was sent on 10/13/24 and the second one on 10/19/24. Since I did not receive any response, I tried utilizing the chat function in the support section of the website, but no one got back to me.
I do like the product, but I don't want to pay for 4 bottles when one of the bottles was damaged in shipping and Happy Mammoth did not utilize any packing materials to prevent breakage. Luckily, only 1 out of the 4 bottles was damaged. The fact that I have received no response to my multiple attempts for help is upsetting.
I do hope that someone from customer service will reach out to help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

I had to change the address for an order I placed forever ago, and they have not responded to four separate emails I have sent. I have not idea when and where they will ship my order.

Product isn't doing its job and I had to reach out a bunch of times so finally responded I responded back and I still haven't heard back from them. I don't think I've experienced this slow customer service with any other company in a very long time.

I ordered a product and within 5 minutes I realized I made a mistake and ordered to much. I have reached out thru email and thru chat and have not gotten a response.
I am so upset regarding this I want to cx my full order and get my money back. I don't want to do business with a company that can not respond to help the customer.

The ingredients cause dependency, and the withdrawals are horrible. Then, shipping on consecutive orders takes forever, and they never refund any charges or even apologize.
They never answer chat or emails and do not even list a phone number. This is a very bad company; it should be illegal!

The product did not work for me . I barely used restroom.
I only ordered one jar and did not do subscription. Therefore your refund policy states Im entitled to a refund. Ive sent 2 emails and 2 chats and have not received any feedback.

Then again another email for upgraded order added Belly Reset & I do NOT want my orders upgraded!!!

Horrible service
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and when I track my package basically all that has been done is a Shipping label was created, nothing else in 3 weeks. I've written multiple emails to their "support" team with zero response.
Just an automated "were working on it" I'm beyond bummed because I heard great things about thus product, but if I can't order it and have it actually come in, what's the point. Get it together Happy Mammoth.
