My card was charged twice

I tried to make a purchase which declined so I tried again which declined again. I didnt even receive a order number for the two purchases or get to put my email to confirm and be able to receive a email confirmation. I tried calling but could not get through to customer service or i never got the chance to actually speak to someone to resolve this problem.

User's recommendation: Give us a number we can call to speak with customer service.
