I sincerely hope that all of you are proud of yourselves for causing trauma to a mother who is grieving. How dare you ask her to return that bassinet that same week that her baby died because you couldn't obtain content?

You're upset about her not being able to deliver content to you. She is grieving the loss of her child. You are absolutely disgusting.

Do not expect any business from me or my family. You are disgusting creatures who don't even deserve the title of human being.

Nothing addressed. Apparently my issues and business mean very little to this company.

I needed help with the app for the bassinet (it cost almost $2,000). They do not have customer service!

It's an AI program that gives you troubleshooting suggestions but no actual humans are available to talk to you. This is shocking, considering the cost of this product and the fact that it's used for tiny infants. So frustrating. I would never buy from them if I knew this upfront.

It's a gigantic purchase to be left high and dry when you run into issues. Awful.
