I ordered and paid for a bracelet. I was sent a tracking number.
For one week, the tracking company said they have no package. I emailed them to ask what the problem was. I told I would cancel if they are not going to process the order and send me the bracelet. THEY cancelled the order.
It seems they no intention of sending me anything. They did give me a refund but kept $5 as a processing fee. I am being penalized $5 because they did not fulfill the order. I am a senior on a fixed income.
They refuse to answer me. I have sent MANY emails and they ignore them.

Ordered something nice for my mother. After 2 months, the package still hasn't arrived.
I keep emailing customer service, and they keep replying with the same answer: 'It is in route.' Nobody seems to know where this package is or when it will arrive. Emailing customer service is just a waste of time, not offering any solutions or refund.

I placed this order MAY 3rd and paid extra for expedited shipping with tracking for $9.99. A personalized memorial tassel for graduation.
Received NOTHING!! Most importantly my son won't have it to wear on his graduation!! Tracking shipping updates there are none??
Just that California is prepared and WAITING for package to arrive since May13th. Please this is very special gift for my son, WHERE is it???

I paid for the ring in March 2025, I never received the ring, it’s August now.
I ordered two rings over a month ago. I never received confirmation or tracking number by email but, my card was charged. I just want the rings please.

Charged me for something I did order
I purchased a ring for $39.98 they charged me for that on August 14th then they charged me $49.99 on August 23 for a ring basic plan which I have no idea what that is nor did I order it. I will not order from this company again. I want my $49.99 back on my credit card I personally wouldn't recommend this company

I have ordered from Happary before. I tried to place an order.
You took two credit card numbers, came back denied when both cards are okay as I have used them in other places. You said you would respond three times.
I have never heard from you. I am filing fraud!!!
