THESE GUYS ARE DIRTY BUSINESS PEOPLE AND SCAM YOU THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR INTENTION IS AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN. THEY LIE ABOUT PRICES AND WILL NOT EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT EVEN WHEN THEY SHIP YOU THE WRONG THING. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE YOU MAY PURCHASE A BLACK SOFA AND END UP WITH A PINK ONE. THEY WHERE SO SURE SWORE AT ME AND WHERE DISCUSTING PEOPLE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I cannot believe how Hansen Furniture Warehouse, 245 Queen St. Brampton store can scam customers. I was shown a catalogue and the product looks nothing like the picture. Why can no one step in and investigate their business practice. The sales people are rude and treat the customers like idiots. Yes I felt like one to walk thru those doors. The only thing left is to go to small claims court. My god what a mistake to step into this store. This is Canada and I cannot understand how they can do this. No manager to talk to only an email contact is given. And one has to pay in full before the furniture can be made. So you will not be able to see what you are getting.
