Hanover refused to stand behind their product because I no longer had a packing slip or order number, something that they should have been able to find in their database. A powder coated patio table f
Hanover will no longer respond to my messages. The issue remains unresolved.
The powder coating failed, exposing the metal to the elements, and it has rusted terribly. I have showed them the photos; they do not deny that this is their table.
I was initially told that they stand behind their products. They DO NOT!
