Hannulink Is a terrible online company

Hannulink has the worst customer service. I have never complained about a complany anywhere before but they did not accept how I submitted my online order and then when I sent them screen shots showing them that I could not select the options they say I had to, then they cancelled my order and refused to send me the items I ordered. I guess they posted the prices too low and did not want to fulfill the order since it was a sale??? I am still perplexed why I could not just call customer service and put my order in. What a crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! company.

They sell cheap shoes made from China at high priced. They offer no guarantee whatsoever and is very rude to their customer. I bought a pair of shoes at their website and they offer no return even I've never used it once. We just happened to bought the wrong kind of shoes for our son. They said no return and even threaten us with spam emails. They told us that it was our fault for buying wrong shoes not their's. They don't even listen to our reason. It was for a gift. It only been two days since my son received the package through the mail. It is still brand new. Buyers stay away from these people they are bad news.

You may return any regular priced item for refund or replacement (new, tagged and bagged) within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping costs back to us. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. Please see return policies. Those policies are posted on our website and in every auction ( if the item is being sold on ebay).

Hannulink sent defective tri shorts to me

I purchased triathlon shorts from an ebay vendor - which ended up being the manufacturer direct. After one wearing / washing, the string to tie the shorts completely unravelled and the shorts are unusable. I went back to the vendor asking them to replace the prodcuct. Their initial correspondance was helpful - they would replace the product, I should just send it back. I asked for the shipping address and an account to bill the shipping. They said that I should know the address and that they will reimburse for shipping. This is where things got much more ugly. After numerous attempts at getting the correct address to send the shorts to, I left 'negative feedback' on their ebay site. They responded with a note to me that they hope that my reputation is publicly ruined and that I lose my job. I then, not knowing it was the same company, approached the manufacturer explaining my displeasure with their product and do they offer something more than a one wearing warranty. I received a return email. "F** YOU JOHN" Hannulink is uncooperative, petty and though they have a good price point, the products and customer service are less than poor. I have also submitted a claim through the BBB and my CC company. Hannulink only demands their product back - but will not supply an address to send them to, nor give an account to bill the shipping back to them. In their response to the BBB - they are more concerned about the negative feedback on ebay than any other concern. They claim they would have sent me the drawstring if they knew that was the problem - yet they have yet to do so. This is an easily remedied problem that Hannulink refuses to address.

like we mentioned in several emails, we can and will exchange any defective product, BUT we need it back. The customer did not want to send it back (actually it is not so hard to find out our address - we offered to pay the shipping) nor did he want to send us a picture of the defective item. Sad story.
