Im not a pissed customer I just need to talk with someone about exchanging for a larger size. Rachel was very nice and professional and was able to guide me through the return process.
Found the return not an easy process because you have to print the shipping label and I dont own a printer.
Then you have to drive to a FedEx store. Most businesses use Barcodes instead of shipping labels nowadays making returns easier.

Wanted to order Christmas pajamas for a family of 5 as a gift. Was only allowed to put 2 "in my basket," then would only go to check out and pay.
Contacted "Chat" No help except to direct me to a (800) Call Center NOBODY knows the merchandise!
THEY send me the emails, Instagram, etc.
advertising to purchase THEIR items!! Extremely frustrating and irritating!!d

Avoid shopping there
First time customer of Hanna Andersson and sadly half of the items were missing from my order received. Non-existing customer service with emails unanswered and couldnt get any help over the phone.
Filed chargeback dispute with credit card for missing items billed and will certainly contact the BBB.
Terrible business practice and not surprised with all the bad reviews and unhappy customers. I regret ever purchasing from them please avoid to save yourself from aggravation!
