Manager doesnt return calls or take calls. Sales is great but everything after is terrible.

Purchased 17k in Furniture and wanted to return a mattress because it was too tall(never slept on). did not provide throw pillows with sofa. Ordered upgraded mattress but was not delivered on time. They took the old mattress and I called three days asking for status of the missing mattress.

It was never ordered and would be two more weeks. I cancelled the order since they had poor communication. Charged me $350 return fee. Still waiting for the other $1000 refund after two weeks.

Received a call from delivery today saying they were here to deliver mattress. I refused delivery and called the store. After talking to three people they apologized and asked when I wanted to come in and use the store credit.

I want a refund. Customer service is terrible at this location.

Bought furniture and they have taken 30 days and still no replacement. The furniture had several screws attaching the top just to hold it on. Not a factory job.

Hanks Fine Furniture - False advertising and poor customer support

My husband and I have shopped at Hank's for multiple residential purchases. We purchased a rather expensive and large Marche sectional that the sales rep claimed was 100% leather and would "last a lifetime" and was billed as the best leather sectional they sold.

They actually LIED to us, because the perimeter footing of the sectional is actually synthetic material that is CHIPPING off now. I contacted our local Hank's, and they asked for pictures which I submitted by email. I received no reply for weeks and finally followed up myself by calling and that's when they tell me this is a known defect of this manufacturer and it is too bad because it is no longer under warranty, so we are out of luck. They said the only thing they could do for our loss (YES, this couch will have to be THROWN away now) is to make us a good deal on a future purchase.

We cannot trust this type of sham sale and cannot recommend them to anyone. This type of customer service is how companies reach their demise, telling lies to their customers to make a sale and then not providing any service when there is a problem.

Same thing. I carry my $1200 recliner near as I can to a Hanks Junk Furniture store with a sign showing place of purchase and the poor leather quality prep and longevity

paid alot of money at hanks for a good mattress with guarantee.3 mo. later mattress had hump down the middle.called hanks thats when i found out hanks dont back up guarantee,its the manufacture that handles that so we got in touch with them.they sent us a test kit to test bed.

we followed instruction sent it back. did no meet there guarantee.had to go buy a big magnifying glass to read all the things you have to meet.they make it were you will never meet there guarantee.so when hanks fine furniture tells you they guarantee there furniture they are lying to you.hanks does not stand behind there guarantee or there word.tim king 850 532 ****

Very rude store manger

I am very disappointed in the service I got from your ft Smith store the store manager is the most rudest person I have ever met Nicki Smith has no business being a store manager I have spent several thousand dollars at that store. I just bought a whole living room suit less than 2 months old and the stitching is coming loose when I requested a new piece of furniture Nicki called me and proceeded to tell me it would not be replaced she said the warranty didn't cover it. The rudeness of this person is so bad it's awful .I don't recommend anyone to buy Hanks furniture as there is better quality at a yard sale !!

Not favorable of the company supposedly providing warranty coverage for products purchased at Hanks.

The company providing warranty coverage said the defective remote on recliner is not covered. Apparently just a way to inflate price of products.

Went to the store in Rogers, Ar. Saw an add the week before of BOGO and knew what we wanted. We went the Sat after we saw the add. There was no furniture there regarding the add. The employee was nice but stated "oh we have been having the BOGO sale for 2 weeks and everything has sold". I told him the add was just seen 3 days before and again last night(2/3/21) the add was run on our local TV station. We went after a double recliner non-electric to have one in the LR and one in our BR. Is there another store we can order this from since the commercials are still being shown? Haven't got our furniture in the manner they agreed on.

Ordered couches in December, were told 8-10 weeks, it's now been 12 weeks and can't get an answer from anyone at hanks. We keep getting the run around. Told them we wanted our money back tomorrow, they said they don't keep that much money on hand. About ready to contact an attorney.

Still waiting for a resolution!!!!

My wife and I purchased a sofa and love seat combination with an electric recliner with a battery pack. When the merchandise was delivered, the sofa was missing 5 pillows that were supposed to come with the sofa. The love seat had a large cut in the front lower panel fabric. Additionally, the recliner came without the battery pack. The delivery team contacted the warehouse and made notes on the paperwork, but advised us to contact the person who made the sale. We immediately contacted the sales person, Justin Bailey, who sold us the merchandise by phone and email. We sent photos of the problems, and he assured us we would be receiving a call from the office team for a resolution. We waited 8 days with no return contact by them. Therefore, we went to the store in person to follow up. The office person responsible for initiating resolution had never received the complaint from Mr. Bailey. We then contacted Justin, and he forwarded our complaint to her. He then informed me that the recliner battery pack was an add-on for an additional $200. My wife and I explained to him that he sold us the unit without mentioning the battery pack was an add-on. He denied that he did not tell us it was an add-on, and refused to assist in any form of restitution. He said he would have the store manager call me the following morning to discuss restitution. The store manager never called. I tried calling the corporate office, but talking to customer service is not an option. Needless to say, our experience with the Hanks Fine Furnishings store in Rogers, AR was a horrible experience, and we would never recommend anyone purchase merchandise from this store or Mr. Bailey.
