We recently bought a Simmons Beauty Rest Mattress King for $857.99. They asked which mattress cover I would like to purchase, and the one I chose was $149.99. I visited the store in north Little Rock. I had a very nice professional man, Mr Pollard, helping me. He did seem to have a slight disability but that did not stop him from making sure I was taken care of. My complaint is there were 2 others, possibly managers, making fun of him and acting out for all to see. I will not visit this location again because of this. I ordered a bedroom set from Hank's. they promised delivery on the following Saturday only to deliver the headboard, and 2 rails. The headboard arrived with a nick which I reported. I was promised the footboard, a replacement for the headboard and night stand would be delivered today the 23rd. They showed up at 7 pm with the repair for my love seat and nothing else. I am sending the bedroom furniture back. I will never purchase from Hank's again.Read more

Bought a bed frame and two nightstands in december. It will be MAY. Before our nightstands are in stock! Beware. This seems to be normal for this store. They sell furniture not in stock. Absolutely nothing anyone can do to get us our nightstands sooner. We dealt with the store at pinnacle crossing. We would have picked a different set if we had any idea this was how it would end up.

Hanks furniture in Rogers is the most pleasant shopping experience my family has ever experienced. Go there the staff and management are great. Tons of furniture!
Went to pick up my mattress. Waited 10 minutes for help - nothing - went to the office - staff acted like I was bothering them - absolutely rude, unprofessional behavior- Lane shouted " you're welcome" as I left. Never again! Contacted Customer service - no response.Read more

Purchase living ensemble from Hanks Fine Furniture in Hot Springs, AR. Once the deal was done on paper, all assistance and accountability for the process ended. Waited 4 days for furniture to be delivered for a fee of course. It is now after 6 pm of the delivery day and still no time frame when furniture will arrive. We bought a leather living room set for 3500.00 the recliner was broke when delivered took a month to replace it then 6 months later broke again took almost 3 months to get the part then had to pay 25.00 before repairman would schedule appt time to fix it.
