Don’t believe the negativity!
The reason for my review is that Hank & Henry products are amazing and so is the customer service. They respond to me immediately in private DMs and that to me is amazing!

Never received orders from NOVEMBER. My emails and comments are ignored.
This company doesnt care about the people who have spent their hard money on them and because of that I will tell everyone not to buy anything.
This is very BAD business to treat people this way. God dont like ugly!

I ordered a package and never received it. No response to ANY email.
There is no number to call for customer service, only email, and not one single response to anything. I protected the order with Route, as they suggested, and that was a joke. They do nothing but give you their email.
It has been ONE MONTH now. So disappointed.

I was very excited about my order I was given a tracking number after over a week of not seeing any movement on my order the tracking number was never picked up when I contacted him again he just refunded my money he's a piece of crap

I ordered a big order from Hank and Henry that took almost 3 weeks to get to me. I sent several emails with out a response, then I finally got my package, the shadow came shattered so I was supposed to be getting a refund and it took another almost 2 weeks to get the replacement sent out and henk and Henry sent it to the wrong address, they didnt give me the option to put in my address and they mailed it to the wrong address I still havent got it I emailed Hank and Henry and no response once again! Its a shame bc I have spent a lot of money with this company and this was the most un pleasant order every!

I placed a order on August 16th sent message about delivery on Sept 1st and then again on Sept 10th I have had no response from my messages and no packages on the way yet I am not even sure what I could do from this point. I can say however I am very disappointed by this experience I expected better

I have emailed the company regarding my order 4 different times over a 2 week period. I have not got a response and I have not received my order.
I have sent messages with urgent with no response. That is not good customer Service.

This is now my second time reaching out to the company the customer service number does not work I am not able to get in contact with a customer service representative regarding my matter at hand which is I have wrote several emails asking about my order and when I will be receiving it and I have heard nothing back I just need to know if they mailed out my order that I made on September 30 which Today is October 13 and I have heard nothing back, if not I would like a refund its that simple but I cant get a hold of anyone to tell them this because nobody has gotten back to me my email address is rivera.justina27@***.com my phone number is (724)487****

I tried to order a lot of items when the 85% sale was going on. I could not get delivery to my address which is ludicrous because I have ordered several times from this company.
Tried customer service could not get anyone on the phone. Then I emailed no response either way.
Tried to message Henry to no avail. I will NEVER order again and I will tell others !!!

I have tried to get a hold of someone and no one has contacted me. I placed my order over two weeks ago and all I want is a tracking number.

Shipped and canceled
Made my order around the birthday sale ,which is a MASSIVE sale. I had never ordered from them before, but I had heard great things and saw this as a great opportunity to give them a try.
It took them about a week before they shipped my order, which isnt a big deal, I dont mind waiting, but within minutes of shipping my order THEY CANCELED IT out of the blue with ZERO reason.
If they dont correct this, I will never order from them again.
Bad customer service
Usually Im not this person but Here I am. I ordered some things on the 4th of July sale which I understand they were slammed by all the orders and they did email back about it.
It took 3 weeks to finally get an update on my order and get a tracking number (Im not that far away from their warehouse -Im in WA) But only to find out, one of the products were not going to be sent.
I did get a refund which I appreciate however I hadnt given a reason why or an email about it. I understand these companies are busy which Thats why I dont do these kind of reviews -ive worked in costumer service my whole life- however I was fed up by the end of the wait and not as excited to try the products (for the first time I might add).

They did a launch with beauty by Biancas palette on March 29,2021 . Said allow 7-10 for shipping.
It is April 30 and still nothing. They created a shipping label on April 19 and still hasnt shipped my order. I have sent multiple emails regarding my dissatisfaction regarding my order and the service provided by the scamming company. Upon doing a little digging into this companies reviews seems as this is a regular practice.
Their are several others that also placed same order and has yet to receive even an apology email. When I spoke with someone on the phone they assured me that orders were awaiting postal pickup.
I will be also contacting the better business bureau as well as my credit card company to dispute charges. Do not buy from this company as they will take your money too.
