If I could give zero stars, I would.
Don't go with them in the first place. Their product is garbage. They hunt you down when your looking for pricing but when it comes to execution and follow through once your they have your money is truly unacceptable
They arrived in the middle of December, and they were awful and unusable; the foil was flaking off, stickers were cut all the way through, and our logo was misprinted and cut off in addition to what looked like two different finishes. Instead of issuing a refund, they insisted on reprinting them. We received the reprinted stickers that were fine (not great, but acceptable), but we still have not received our reprinted hangtags. It has been over six months and we paid a few grand for them.
I would specifically like to call out Thomas Parker who, despite the nearly 100 emails, still has been unable to resolve our issue. He went out of his way to make us seem like we were being unreasonable for not just taking the first round of trash they sent us. I will never order from this company again, and I will never send anyone I work with to them.
I've worked in the print industry for more than a decade, and the product and service we received for the price we paid is truly awful. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Defective product
I purchased $400 in printed hangtags from this company and they are all turning black with mold after one year of storing them sealed in their packaging. I contacted the company to let them know and they refused to accept responsibility for the product.
