Quoted One Price Sent Invoice for $500 More

Harry came out to the house and quoted me a price of $1400-$1700 for a patio door, installation and repair of wood plank beneath door. He did the job, gave me no info on the door such as manufacturer or warranty info then sent me a bill for $2200! What a ***. Now this *** is harassing me for an additional $500! Why didn't he quote the high price in the first place? Because I wouldn't have agreed to such an outrageous amount. Not only this, but I had to buy my own lock for the door and he cut the wires to my alarm system so it won't work.
