POOR COMMUNICATION/ NO COMMUNICATION
Like pulling teeth to talk to anyone.
1) Tried using the website which was always down. Told to try later.
2) Called customer service to no avail, hung on line, no callbacks.
3).
Tried contacting my ProBuilder, left a couple of messages, no call backs.
4) Called complaint Department only to be told I owe them 3.95 for speaking to someone I couldn't understand or get any info out of.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
AREN'T CUSTOMERS THE BACKBONE OF ANY BUSINESS?
YOU FAIL MISERABLY !
I EXPECT A FULL REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT USED. YOU OWE ME!

He hung up on me while I was asking about permit!!! Changed my mind about purchasing a storage shed from this company! Customer service is terrible and ignorant!!!
