POOR COMMUNICATION/ NO COMMUNICATION

1) Tried using the website which was always down. Told to try later.

Tried contacting my ProBuilder, left a couple of messages, no call backs.

4) Called complaint Department only to be told I owe them 3.95 for speaking to someone I couldn't understand or get any info out of.

No help at all!!!

Whomever I spoke with couldnt give me the information I needed to purchase a shed They were totally misinformed

I believed she was probably a new agent,

But that didnt help me

He hung up on me while I was asking about permit!!! Changed my mind about purchasing a storage shed from this company! Customer service is terrible and ignorant!!!
