Merchant did not show twice for booked appointments

I contacted Groupon customer service and have confirmation that I will get refund for both purchases made for Hands of Gold Spa treatments.

I make the first appointment, when to Location, called and was told there was an emergency; emergencies happen. I rescheduled and show up for appointment, waited, phoned and email with no response. If I could give zero stars I would. Going to try and get refund for Groupon purchases.
