Stolen decoy and credit cards

I get it...it’s Sunday but there should be someone that I can speak to concerning my cards being stolen!!! This is unacceptable for this institution...

Denied opening a SAVINGS account due to Equifax report even though excellent credit.

Tried to open a savings account at Ponchatrain branch and was denied per a report handed to me per Equifax credit check , which checked as soon as i got home and is stellar as i expected! Bank had me thinking i was the victim of identity theft! and also embarrassing. hope this "unfounded adverse action" does not effect my credit report , which is by the way stellar with credit rating of 816. also would not tell me WHY per my credit report i was denied. will try to contact bank again to find out. real nice.

Problem with using card with chip

Today is my Friday, and I am starving. So I stopped by Popeyes to get dinner, but my card was declined! This also means that I can't buy groceries on the way home, and we have a freeze coming tonite! I Called the 800 number from my cell, but it's an anawering service. I am very disappointed that y'all sent me this card with a chip that I did not ask for. The answering service says they are getting lots of calls about cards with chips not working. Thank God I had enough gas to get home. This ruined my good mood getting off work after a tough 5 days. Time to change banks!

Horrible Customer Service

I had a LOC with the bank and it was up for maturity. I was contacted by a representative, Kimeta Riley back on September 27th and she stated I needed to complete and application and personal financial statement; I didn't understand why I needed a PF for a loan under $20k, but I completed the paperwork as requested. I was informed by Ms Riley that the LOC was not approved, but I had to do a workout plan, she gave a monthly payment that was well over my budget; so I asked if I could speak with a manager. She said she would have the manager to call me back, but I needed to make the interest payment which I did at a local branch. I did not hear from Ms Riley, nor did I hear from the manager, Michael Bergeron for over 30 days! I obtained alerts from the credit bureau that I had a total of 5 hard inquires from Hancock Whitney and that got me even more upset. I called for both of them because I knew it was getting closer to the maturity date; and no response. I contacted another manager, Charmaine Tyler and she was very sympathetic and apologized for what I went through. She immediately called the manager and she had a hard time contacting them; so she took upon herself to see what was necessary for my loan to be completed. She spoke with individuals in the back office and she obtained options for me. She went over and beyond to assist me and completed the loan documents, sent them to me to sign, sent me copies of the documents, and put the loan on the books. Ms Tyler is someone that should be in the held in high esteem, she was absolutely amazing and what could have been a horrible situation, she made it right.
