Repairs poorly done
I took my RV to have the lower sections of the sides and the back repaired because of delamination. After we dropped it off the communication was extremely difficult. No updates, no progress reports and when I reached out to him sometimes my questions were not answered or I get a question back. Instead of getting it done in a month like he promised it took just over two months. He had several excuses and after looking at the repairs they may have done it in two weeks when I started to bug him for the camper. The list of screw ups is long. 1. They were sloppy, glue was left on the panels, panels were scratched and were not cut right for the cargo doors. Also, ALL the cargo doors were installed upside down even the door with writing on it. The trim piece that runs between the old and the new panels have larger oversized wood screws installed, why. 2. Asked for LED lights. They put trailer lights on a motor home, they took the backup wires and connected it to the parking lights which put in reverse the parking lights came on which cause the flasher unit to be shorted out causing hyper flash for the signals. Also, the cruise control and the courtesy light were not working. 3. Asked them to install a pull out battery tray instead they took the smallest cargo bay made a tray and mounted it in there. To remove the batteries you would be working blind to find the battery hold downs and the battery needed to be laid on its side to be removed. On the opposite side on the RV is a circuit breaker panel in the other cargo bay, the panel was hanging loose bouncing around which could have sparked a fire. 4. The entrance door needs to be adjusted it doesn't close right. 5. The antenna handle was not installed correctly. 6. Was told the backup camera wasn't working but somehow they got it to work, which I will look at next year. Because, under the duct tap and caulking I'm afraid what I'll find. I know I might be missing something. After two weeks of working on it myself and about $300 to $400 in parts only the only things I have left to do is remove the glue and figure out why the cruise is not working. I could add my time also it could be worth $90 and hour so 80 hours equals to $7200. No, I didn't contact about the problems because I probably would not have seen the camper till next year and who knows what other issues I would have. If there was a way to put a negative rating here that would be great.

Poor quality of workmanship
Took 2006 PaceArrow motorhome in for water damage to floor and floor replacement in March 2019. Was told blackwater tank needed to be replaced , gave the ok. Work completed April 2019. Got home discovered black tank leaking and toilets. Floor also buckled up. Returned to have bad repairs corrected. On July 13,2019 put slideout in and flooring started coming up and broke the vinyl planks. Sent email with pictures of damage, Woody Hancock said he would repair as soon as he had an opening, that was month ago. I am still waiting! He will not respond to my emails or phone calls!!!!
