Bed bugs dirty room

As soon as I got in my room the fridge was absolutely filthy I had to clean it before using it as well as the shower. My partner and I layed in the bed for only 2 hours and now have bed bug bites all over our body, the aircon stank very badly not cleaned at all I asked for my money back and they expected me to move to another hotel 20 minutes in a taxi and pay for it out of my own pocket not happy I want my money back now
