Deplorable Quality and Customer Service
- Powder coating failed after few years on a large patio set; no response from company; refinished elsewhere, returned in week, looks better; out $700.
Four years ago I purchased a powder coated set... a large table, 4 chairs, two rockers and a matching cocktail table with 2 loungers and also 2 bar style chairs.
The powder coating on all of them failed within a couple years. I'm in Chicago. They remain covered all winter under a large cover - only remain uncovered from mid-April to October.
I have called. Emailed.
Posted on their Facebook page and not one response. The customer service is hernia-inducing and nearly as bad as the quality and lifespan of their product. Never, ever again.
I recently just had a company come pick up both tables and sandblast and powdercoat.
It was back to us within a week and looks better than it did when it was new. I'm out $700 but it's cheaper than buying all new furniture again.

I supposed to receive my parcel from Flipkart on 13 oct but i only receiving msg from last 2 day today I called delivery boy saying my phn was switch off .then he deliver the parcel but the parcel is incomplete instead of 5 Priya oil pouch i received only 3 2 missing and 1 unibic Vanilla delight
I want parcel to be deliver or else refund in my account it's so bad how the delivery boy behaved

Warranty
- Purchased a Hanamint iron table in May 2019.
- Powder coating peels in several areas.
- Just under a month out of warranty; may repair the coating.
We bought a Hanamint wrought iron table the end of may 2019. We noticed that the powder coating was coming off in several places.
Powder Coating should Last around 20 years but because we are less then a month out of warranty, I now have to jump through hoops to Maybe have it covered. If not I am in for a large repair to respiratory the powder coating myself.
I will keep you all updated
