Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

In addition to the original invoice I had an additional deduction of $244.29 No one could explain why, or what for this additional invoice was They could not find the invoice in their system, but I had it billed to my account The front desk was under staffed and I was told to leave because other customers were waiting As we had to catch a flight I paid and wrote a complain After five days the refunded us the additional charge

Hotel has corrected the invoice

The hotel we staid was the Hampton In in Boston Logan Airport and not Delaware They have now corrected and reduced the original invoice of $730.85 to $486.56. This reduction is exactly the amount of $244.29 from the second invoice where they could not explain for what we got charged for. I would like to thank you all, who made it happen. The only thing what I miss is, some information from the hotel. Why they charged additional, or that they reduced the invoice. Only got to know while checking my account.

Over charged with second invoice

On departure got the invoice for my reservation Which was correct

On my account had a second invoice over $244.29

When asking the front desk for what this invoice is ? They had no explanation

Was only told that how the computer works They didnt do anything

Furthermore I was told that they ar busy and had no time to look into it

As we had a flight to catch we also had to leave and payed without knowing for what

Furthermore

They offer an airport shuttle bus

Called for 20 minutes No one picked up

Front desk too busy

Called reservations to ask for shuttle bus

after 10 minutes was told that they cant get through to front desk

Called again front desk

After 10 minutes some one picked the phone and told us in about 20 minutes they will pick us up

So be prepared to wait over an hour for a five minute ride
