Property damage
- - Estimator off; fees rose 9.5% after pickup.

We used this moving and storage company for short term storage and moving. Estimator was WAY off; contract states up to 10% additional fees.
AFTER they had our property the rate went up 9.5%. Any box we packed and marked fragile was critically damaged and contents broken. Fragile items in unmarked boxes were okay. Damaged television, it no longer worked mover stated it didn't work when they took it from our house despite the fact that we all watched a weather program about the heat wave in May before they moved it!
The value was given by the company was $450.00 they only answered to damages over $500.00 (I had the offered insurance that covered nothing). Broken furniture, broke a ceiling light spilled coffee on our new wood floors, TOO MANY SMOKE BREAKS!
