Hammery Impact Accent table has brown veins and my Impact end table has gray veins. Tables don't match.
I did not accept two deliveries of the accent table due to the brown veins. Everything in my house is black, gray, and white colors.

My husband and I purchased a Hammary (Mountain Lodge) dining set about 11 years ago. The chairs, seats and backs, are leather.
The chair seats are splitting and cracking open. We have barely used the set over the years, using it primarily for company on special occasions. This leather has not worn well and we are very disappointed with the quality of the leather on these chairs. BTW: at the same time we purchased this set from Hammary, we purchased a Tommy Bahama dining set with leather seats for our kitchen.
We use this set EVERY day and not so much as one nick, crack, scratch, or blemish of any kind has altered the appearance of these chairs.
They look as brand new as the day we bought them. I would recommend buying Tommy Bahama for better quality.

Table problem
The back corner of one of the side tables just broke off and flew into the wall. Three of us happened to be sitting in the room when it happened.
There is no weight on the corner and it has been in this spot since we received the tables. This was the third delivery of tables as the first two sets were terribly defective. We contacted Macy's. They said we should contact you.

There is still no resolution to the corner of the side table just breaking off. Neither Macy's nor your company are willing to resolve the problem.

Very disappointed in the bowfront nightstand
The color of the nightstand (driftwood) was WAY darker than advertised. Only the feet were the color we thought we were getting.
Much of the nightstand is plastic, not wood. There were some minor defects; small gouges despite the careful packaging and the hardware wasn't included with one of the nightstands.

Baja Rectangular storage cocktail table wheels failed/broke/subpar quality
So, we purchased this hammary cocktail table from Baerโs furniture with an extended warranty on all the furniture purchased. My husband moved the cocktail table across the floor, the wheel collapsed, ball bearings spilled out and the table dropped.
My husband turned the table on its side, moved another wheel by hand and that one came loose and fell off. He then evaluated the situation to possibly repair it himself, he went to the garage to grab a couple tools. Attempts were made, he threw up his hands, said these wheels are garbage (Iโll spare you the language used), told me to handle it and walked away. I have been going back and forth with Baerโs warranty service by email because that is the only way they communicate...by email...kill me now....
I have gotten nowhere. I am now online looking for a phone number or email address for customer service to try to get replacement wheels from the Hammary website; however, it appears this company does not have a phone number, customer service or an email address????
This purchase I made three years ago from Baerโs will be the last purchase I EVER make from Baerโs or unknowingly from Hammary.
Horrible Hammary!
I purchased a kitchen table through La-Z-Boy made by Hammary Furniture. I had the table for 3 weeks and according to La-Z-Boy, Hammary had the audacity to say that the table we received (after only 3 weeks may I reiterate) was falling apart due to "MISUSE"!
You have got to be kidding me. How do you misuse a table where the finish peels, especially if I work all the time and my children are in school or at sporting functions. If anyone knows me, they know that I am the most organized neat freak ever!! How dare you people.
Can you really call yourselves reputable? Your customer service is deplorable. There is a saying, "The customer is always right", for a reason. This must be the reason your company does not have a phone number where you can be reached in case of issues such as these.
Pathetic. Thank God La-Z-Boy was able to deflect an otherwise horrible situation. Thanks to Hammary and their incompetence and lack of proper customer care, I will no longer shop at La-Z-Boy. I'd rather go to Bob's, Costco, or Sams Club.

Quality of glass inserts in Hammary Entertainment console looks like plastic or defective glass
Customer service is horrible. Before delivery company called and said glass doors were defective, ordered new ones and the tech said they were also defective.
Said someone would call. No one has called me. I made 10 calls trying to get this issue resolved. One person, mark has called me back.
Now they are all telling me to call customer service, and they never call back. They also charged on my credit card for this item without my permission. I assumed since it was defective I would not be charged. It turned up on our bill.
Other deliveries I had they asked to charge.
I was never notified on this charge. How do you ever get return customers with service like this!!!!!!!
