This place is scam and super sketchy!
If I could give negative stars, I would. After a stressful year renting with them due to many, many, many sketchy events that took place and were not resolved, we decided to leave.
Upon leaving, they tried scamming us into paying for THEIR 4 year carpet replacement plan instead of simply using my deposit to clean the carpets. I received the remainder of my security deposit back, but received a $1200 bill to cover the carpet replacements.
THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY AND A HUGE SCAM. DO NOT STAY HERE.
