Worse experience I had ever have

i'm writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with halton honda regarding my 2024 honda cr-v touring hybrid, purchased new on june 4th, 2024. despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues, i've been met with poor service and unprofessional behavior.
*issues with the vehicle:*
- check engine light
- steering vibration and noise
- excessive noise from front and rear brakes
- front clicking noise
*service failures:*
- over 20 visits to halton honda with no resolution
- vehicle retained for 50 days due to safety concerns, with no fix
- general manager (shams) was dismissive and unprofessional, stating 'i can't help you with anything' and 'keep your claims and go for it, it doesn't affect me'
- poor communication and lack of accountability from advisors
- requests for a final position letter and escalation to honda's head office were ignored
*lack of accountability:*
- service manager (domenic) failed to provide a resolution despite multiple attempts
- dealer principal richard bell ignored my request for a meeting
given the ongoing issues and warranty status, i'm extremely dissatisfied with the service i've received. due to concerns about their service quality and professionalism, i would not recommend halton honda to others.

- take ownership of the issues and work towards a resolution
- provide better communication and accountability to customers
- train staff to handle customer complaints in a professional manner

be cautious when dealing with halton honda, as their service department may not prioritize your concerns or provide satisfactory solutions.
