I purchased a,wig from thus company on jan, 21 I pay them $172 dollars and they haven't sent my wig or return email I call the FBI they are investigating them I am filing a law suit against them

I bought three wigs from www.halowigs.com, each a different color and style. When they arrived, they were exactly alike, and all the same color.
I contacted them via email, since they did not have a phone number, nor would they give me one. They kept trying to convince me to keep the wigs, and kept saying they would get lost in the mail since they were being shipped back to China. Finally after about three months of emailing back and forth, they gave me the return address. I spent $26 to return them, but still haven't got my money back - that was a year and a half ago!!!
I have emailed them many, many times expressing my anger, but no one will respond to me.
I should have done my research prior to placing an order, because I see now how they have scammed pretty much everyone who has ever ordered from them. DO NOT waste your time or money!

HALO Extensions NO INTEGRITY - SCAM!
- -Delivery arrived 5 days late, I missed the event and bought locally; color/quality were poor and Halo/John were unresponsive after I tried to return.
First problem came when they package did not arrive within two days as stated by website. It took five days and did not arrive in time for the event I had ordered them for.
In the meantime, I had to purchase something else locally. When they did arrive, I opened and looked at them and they color and quality were so bad I put them back in the box and contacted Halo regarding returning them. I never tried them on. When I contacted Halo and began correspondence with John he first refused then finally agreed they MIGHT acdept the return for an exchange for clip ins, but agreed after I sent a photo that they had no hair extensions that would match my hair.
He then became unresponsive. After several unanswered emails I mentioned disputing the charge and John became petulant, combative and unprofessional. Said that if I ever mentioned dispute again he would not do an exchange and told me I must apologize or he wouldn't do an exchange. I returned the product 6 weeks ago and he claims they never have received it.
Their return requirements are that you send it regular first class mail. Specifically state that you can't send FedEx or UPS. Gotta wonder why? No signature for proof of delivery required.
John has become unresponsive to emails again and at this point it is WAY past time of trusting Halo would act with integrity and honesty and am disputing the charge.
Biggest waste of money and time in all my years of online shopping. Disgusted!

ADVICE: DO NOT BUY ANY WIG FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE YOU ARE WEARING ROAD KILL ON YOUR HEAD. It was truly the WORST wig I've ever seen and nothing like what was advertised. I put the financial mistake down to a lesson learned.

Ordered a wig from Halo Wigs, emailed them serveral times, with a reply off they are making special order for me. Haven't received wig, ask for money back.
Nothing.. Lost $98.00 This is very sad, many people have ordered from this site, who is battling cancer, they go to this site because of the prices being cheaper, thinking they are going to receive their wig. I've have read alot of heart breaking story's of cancer patients not getting what they paid for.
Something has got to be done about this. Just anybody can make a website with intentions of ripping people off.

I bought a wig from Halowigs on 24th of December 2013 and up till date i have not received my product. I have sent several emails to them and no response and just like other victims mentioned, there is no phone contact on which to reach them.
Now this is what they do.
For a first time buyer, they actually have the product delivered….because I did buy from them once and it was delivered, which is what motivated me to go for a second one.
Unfortunately, I did not get lucky this time and my money went into thin air - I did not receive nothing. This is a huge scam and they should be investigated.

Since I paid for a wig I haven't got any response from the shop. Any efort to contact was impossible because they use special programme to talk with you on ''live chat'', or just send a message without any confirmation on your e-mail box.
after 20 days I decided report it to PayPal resolution centre. after 2 days paypal decided to give me my money back - thanks god! SCAM website! never buy anything from them...
they just try take your money and never contact with you and shipp your order! and remember: always use paypal, it is protect your money.
A complete scam

I ordered a wig which got stuck under 'processing' for more than three weeks. I wrote a couple of emails to the company but had no reply.
It wasn't until I started a PayPal dispute that they got back to me saying they would send my wig or provide a refund only if I cancelled the dispute.
Of course, given their bad reviews and complaints, I said I would not cancel and would escalate to a claim unless I was refunded...
This went on for a few days, they kept insisting they would refund me once I had cancelled, but I did't cave in. Finally on Friday they refunded me through the Dispute, luckily...
Took Money, No Goods Delivered
- They misrepresent as being in Canada and sell knockoff wigs.
- They take money and do not ship orders; no contact info.
They fool you into thinking they are in Canada, cheap prices steal your money and don't send you an order. Going to cancel my credit card.
They do not advertise a phone number or an address. They send email in bad English and they don't have contact info on their site. I found out the website is not legitimately selling what they show. They are knock off wigs and they do not have accounts with any of the wig manufacturers.
I beg you to not shop here or any where that you can't call and speak to someone or get a call back. Very scary.
I want my money back

I received a wig that is NOT at all what I ordered. Wrong color, wrong size, and disgusting looking wig.
After many emails, they do not want to refund my money and they website explains that orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery. I asked where to return it and never got an answer about that but I noticed the it came from China. Finally I got a note today saying that they will give me 10 percent back. This is a scam.
They advertise 'live chat" no telephone number to call.

I ordered a wig from this company about a month ago. At the beginning, I received an email that the order had been received and how long it would take to process and deliver it.
I was patient for a while, but after two weeks I began to inquire and was sent a tracking number which indicated it was waiting in customs for clearance. After eight days, I thought that was unusual, so I inquired again and verified the address it was being sent to. It was then I learned that it was being sent to an altogether different state. I repeatedly called the customer service to confirm that they had made a correction of the address.
On each call, I was assured the address would be corrected. Finally, I received an email which informed that they were not able to change the address as it had already gone out to be delivered. They offered no resolution even though the error was theirs. I wish I had gone on one of these sites to find out if there were any negative reviews before placing an order with them.
The reviews on their site, of course, were all good, but since then I've read many negative reviews from customers on an independent site.
Please don't get bitten as I did. I'm hoping my efforts to get a refund will be successful, but I'm doubtful.

Saw this company online, ordered short blonde wig.....Rubbish ginger wig arrived, complained to them and was asked to send photos???.....cant find an address to return it to, apart from tiny one on packaging....now the email add for 'customer services' is not working.....what a surprise! Will try to send it back as dont want the ghastly thing in my house....Feeling a right *** and Hope can get money back through paypal, or a lesson learned!

Ripped Off

- Petite size was too big.
- Return process was difficult and discouraged by the policy.
I ordered a wig from this company based on a)the photograph of a wig I liked and b)the assurance that if unsuitable I could return it.
It duly arrived and was nothing like the wig I ordered, it was a bright orange hideous colour.
I ordered a petite size and it was way too big.
I immediately got in touch to return it and discovered their return policy was just a huge joke - they simply don't want you to return anything and make trying to do so as difficult as possible.
They are out and out liars - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!
Did not received my order

Place an order with Halo wigs about a month ago, was supposed to received week within a week or two, have sent several e mails and no response, have also tried to call them and no answer, I have placed a complaint with Pay Pal hoping to get results wish I had seen reviews before I ordered, will like to get a refund. I have tried to speak with them by using the 24 hour web site and nothing.
They need to be out of business and Pay pal needs to stop making payments to that company. is a big Fraud and should not be in business.
