Poor Quality

To whom it may concern: I will begin by apologizing for the tone of this email...(yup, I'm one of "those.") My family and extended family for decades have been a loyal and dedicated customers, until this year. I've recently purchased your Economy Pack - 80 Drops Halls Honey Lemon and Halls Mentho-Lyptus and neither works! The Mentho-Lyptus used to open my nasal passages with the strength of Hercules! As a nurse, I depended on Halls to ensure I'm able to continue my work, this year YOU HAVE FAILED ME! I am sick and my throat hurts with NO relief after MULTIPLE DROPS! Directions say take x1 every x2hrs: THAT'S A JOKE! You've reduced the quality of your product to that of a child's hard candy; if I wanted candy, I'd eat Skittles! I sincerely recommend you return to the quality of standards your company has provided its loyal customers for years or it will be UNNECESSARY TO PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS! Signed, Nurse Phillips "One Pissed-Off Customer"

Terrible product

Updated by user May 09, 2023

Not one thing was done to resolve my situation. Apparently they don't care about their customers. I'll try to never buy from them again

Insect In Cough Drop

Halls - Insect In Cough Drop
I was recently suffering from a cough and decided to have a Halls Relief cough drop when I saw a dead bug inside the cough drop. Mind you, I was seconds away from putting said cough drop in my mouth. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have a photo of it as well.

Halls Cough Drops - Sweeteners

I am currently sick and have always found Cherry Halls were the most helpgul in relieving my daytime cough. Imagine my surprice when all I could find was bags of product, higher counts so I thought great, but the ingredients now include sucralose, an artificial sweetner. I'm allergic to artificial sweetners. So now I can only use Original Fishermans Friends or Ricolo, although I prefer Halls. I'm a very sad and dissappointed customer and no longer a customer due to this changeover.
