Frustrating Exchange

I will never buy from this company again. They refuse to acknowledge receipt of a return unless you prove it first with your tracking number.

It took over a month after they received the return to process my refund and they only did so after I threatened to dispute through Visa.

I had to contact them multiple times. You have to pay to ship the return and then only get a partial refund, which worked out to about half the cost, after taking into account how much it cost me to ship it back.

Horrible customer service!!!

I ordered a $650 25ft. Stay Puft Marshmallow Man inflatable.

We never used it, and once we set it up a couple of days after he exploded and now has a 6-7 foot gash along his entire side. Customer service said they have a 14-day policy for returns and a 30-day policy for exchanges. I don't want a return - I want a new item!

They refused and I'm not sure how to go about this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless it's within 14 days of Halloween.

They shouldn't sell Halloween items until 30 days before Halloween if people aren't going to be using the items until a specific holiday - especially decorations.

They charge a restocking fee of 18% & you pay to have it shipped back... if it's eligible.

Apparently my costume was discontinued & so not able to return.

I saw nothing that indicated so. Very frustrating & poor customer service.

After thinking i was ordering from a Canadian website, with no indication otherwise, no mention of duty or other added costs, I received a Canada Post notice to pick up with $85.35 in duty, I assume because the box said Halloween costumes.com not .ca

Biggest scam. I ordered my daughter's costume a few weeks ago with the initial promise that it would be delivered on the 20th of October 2022.

I'm using the FedEx tracking number that they had provided, it showed that the item had already been delivered a day prior and signed for by X. We have not received a thing. I'm out $70 with a very disappointed daughter.

I should have ordered through Amazon. Pay the extra and order through Amazon or you will regret it!!

If you're on the fence about ordering, do not!! This is a completely dishonest company.

They misled me on my delivery date, even after I reached out to customer support twice. When I asked for a refund on a $300 purchase they said it could not be processed and tried to give me a $50 coupon.

CHEATING!

This is my very first order. I ordered at 6.20pm October 22nd 2021.I Cancel at 10.20pm but they said the item already shipped ????

I said I have not received the shipping confirmation email. Then they send me a shipping confirmation email in the next 5 mins .

The weirdest part is when I check the tracking number provided, they said LABEL CREATE AT 5.40PM????!!!!

They ask me to make a return when the items arrived and of course pay for the shipping fee again (15$ To buy it , 15$ for return it )

DISGUSTING!

Once you place an order, they will never give you a chance to get your money back !
