Incompetent Service

I had my car towed there a month ago. They said it never arrived.

Then they said it was at another facility. They now claim to have found it but still can give me an estimate after a month. They are stupid and lazy. Skimming thru their days performing the minimum, and being rude in the effort to keep the valued customer in a lurch.

I have never before seen a more incompetent bunch. Hall must pick up their new employees off the street.

Very stressfull

on January 2018 i purchased a Nissan Juke 2016 only 28,000 miles my juke start to having problems But they could find what was wrong .That car give me so much stress for 9 months ,I was treated poorly ...I have contacted Nissan Customers complain but I feel like nothing was being done..They decide to sell me a new car last week Sept 22, 2018 wrong move the top of the hood was uneven they tried to fix it but they told me they can only do so much , for compensation they give me half tank of gas....Really no a great customers service at all, I will never do business with Nissan again .

I have been a loyal customer to Nissan for many many years and two weeks ago, I walked into this dealership and shook hands with the sales manager on a deal I thought was honest & great. Turns out, they scammed me just to get their sale.

The manager told me he wanted me to pay 1,000 down and then told me he would meet me half way at 500. I didn't want to put any money down but I was very excited about a new Altima. I ended up taking the deal, gave them a check for $500 and driving the car home. Two weeks later, I get a call from the sales guy asking if he could cash my check.

I then got a phone call from finance that I may need to come in, re-sign my contract & put down another $500. It was either that or bring the car back. This spot delivery scam is something I would of never thought Nissan would do to make a sale, especially to a very loyal customer. They not only lost my trust, my business and my loyalty, but I will never buy from them again.

I'll also make sure to tell this to everyone I know. Shame on your dealership for trying to pull this on me. I will say I do appreciate Joel from finance who took care of me the night I brought the car back.

I took my business somewhere else. Make sure the deal is 100% approved before you drive it off the lot.

Oil change fraud

I have the worst experience about the services for my 2007 nissan pathfinder. On August 24 2007, I asked my daughter to have my vehicle to have an oil change at Hall Nissan located at Bonney Rd.

Va. Beach. When I inspected the work performed, I noticed that the oil and filter was not changed. How did I know?

Because I marked the oil filter and drain plug with paint, and the paint was not disturbed. This incident was verified by nissan area tech. representative. So think twice before having yuor car serviced by this dealership.

As simple as oil change, What else would this dealer will do to your checkbook?
