I was told they couldn't open up the art files I sent. I sent AI, Corel, and a vector PDF art file.
, shipped it out on my hands date. The only reply I got was I will pass this a, along to the proper department.
It's a shame you can't give 1/2 of a star, some that companies don't deserve even a one star, this company is that company.

Halfpricebanners.com is a completely unprofessional operation. Be VERY careful. If they make a mistake on their side (which would be fine if they would just provide you with the product you ordered in the first place, even if you had to send the mistake product back and wait). they will not issue you a replacement, will give you the run around...as the owner Greg wrote me in an email, "This will help in any decision made here," after a digital photo was sent as asked by the company.
As a follow up email explains...Greg and HalfPrice Banners said..."In this case, we suggest that your needs are a little more than we are able to provide here and it would make sense that you would utilize the services of a different, more "full service" banner company for your future needs." Go with another company....if they make a mistake, lord help you with getting a result.
The mistake that they made was very evident and there was proof on the packing slip that they obviously made a mistake. Basically they are unaccountable for their mistakes and the owner, Greg basically told me he doesn't want my business and I can shove their mistake.
