Jag blev uppringd av en försäljare som sa att han företrädde Halebop och det var i slutet av Februari eller i början av Mars.Fick tel.nr.till honom som han sa att jag skulle spara för att få kontakt med honom som hette Kristian har ringt det och de säger att nummret inte är i bruk??.I alla fall så får jag en faktura från Comviq som jag hade då nu och detta pga att mitt telefon nummer blev överflyttat 26/3 istället för 25/3 som Comvig har som brytdatum för mig. Nu tycker jag det är Väldigt konstigt att Kristian inte kan se när brytdatumet är.För mig kostar det extra pengar som är helt onödigt.Även fråga till kostnaden för abonnemang skulle vara 99 kr första12 månaderna sedan 149 i 12 månader och att det skulle vara på 6 Mbit pga att jag sedan tidigare har bredband hos er EXTRA EXTRA alltså.Nu funderar jag på hur det blir med fakturan som jag tycker att ni står tillsvars för.

tre have a customer service line , but they are very rude.
Halebop doesnt have any customer service, you can only chat , which is very horrible
- Power changed my subscription from telia to tre
- No customer service and poor system
