I have had a distressing experience with Jim Jarboe of Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel Inc. Over the past two years, I have tolerated numerous charges associated with Heavy Haul Transport, but I can no longer overlook these issues.

Recently, I rented a trailer requiring repairs and specifically asked Jim to provide updates to expedite the process. He assured me that he would handle communication with the repair service, discouraging me from reaching out myself, citing his experience.

Regrettably, the repairs extended over 3.5 months. Upon collecting the trailer, Jim unexpectedly sought payment for the entire duration it sat at the repair facility. Despite my insistence that I would only pay for the month and a half it took to fix the traileran already inflated estimatehe refused to acknowledge my concerns.

Furthermore, Jim included me in an email chain with another party, which exacerbated my frustration as he continued to deflect responsibility onto me.

In addition, he failed to follow through on purchasing a Jeep from me, which was supposed to reduce my outstanding balance.

I now find myself in a predicament, needing external assistance to resolve this matter and ensure that Jim Jarboe no longer manages my account. It is imperative that this situation is addressed promptly and effectively.
