- - Eight of ten neoprene dumbbells were cut or ripped.
- - They said refunds are not possible due to cosmetic-imperfection policy.
8 of 10 of the neoprene dumbbells that I purchased were cut/ripped. They immediately went on defense when I asked to return the product for a refund without paying return shipping.
They informed me that because their shipping policy states allowances for "cosmetic imperfections", that I am not entitled for a refund. They said that they would refund me only $80 of the $210 that I paid, to account for shipping.
