Unskilled stylist and poor service

I came in today for a partial highlight with Crystal. I had highlights done here once before by a stylist who no longer works there and I showed Crystal the photo of my highlights done by the other stylist along with some other photos of the ideal blonde I would like. First thing that came out of there mouth was I can't guarantee how your hair will come out. Um...ok. My hair is brown with no crazy colors in it. She wanted to color my whole head or do a full highlight or color correction aka double the money. I asked for some other options what she can do with a partial and was basically told that it would be a couple of highlights and refused to do a couple of strands in the back to make it blend. She kept saying we weren't on the same page and didn't offer any options or was accommodating in any way. She then told me that she will refer me to a junior stylist, but can't do anything today. 1) If Crystal a senior stylist can't do a partial highlight why would a junior one be able to if the skill level is that low in this place. 2) I have an extremely busy schedule and my entire Sunday was ruined. Zero remorse shown by Crystal. 3) Receptionist said there is no one who can do my hair today and she can schedule me tomorrow at 11am. Ok - hairron hear this loud and clear my life doesn't revolve around your schedule. 4) I drove to hollywood and paid for parking again these people had blank stares on their faces when I expressed their utter unprofessionalism. Anyhow if a partial highlight is something they can't accommodate it should have been made clear to me before wasting my time that I will never get back. I never plan on returning to this salon.
