ADVERTISEMENT WATCH/OFFICIAL SITE

LUVME HAIR advertises on FACEBOOK; and when you order they have several sites that will take your money and they do not sell the same product. LUVME is responsible for this and they would not refund my money.

The hair looked like the AMERICAN girl doll hair, and it was not a lace front. The hair came in a green bag with a SHIP FROM NJ P.O.BOX 1008, Monroe Township, NJ 08831.

Sad now they want me to fill out a survey to give me back my money. HORRIBLE return policy and refund.

Rob Angelino, Dr Ron Chao... Excellent Service & Skilled Surgeon

I found hair transplant professional Rob Angelino by doing a Google search for "hair transplants los angeles" as I was a patient seeking an FUE procedure. After getting the run around with other hair transplant clinics in Los Angeles offering nothing but high prices, bad customer service, and unrealistic expectations, I was all but ready to give up on ever finding an affordable hair transplant performed by a skilled surgeon.

Then I met these wonderful people in Redondo Beach. Ronald Philip Chao, MD was just the person to do the procedure. Rob Angelino answered all my questions and actually convinced me to do an *** procedure. In spite of how much more affordable the procedure was, Rob Angelino explained to me that I was a better candidate for *** and he'd rather I have a successful surgery than him to get more money.

Not only was his quote for *** lower than FUE, but it was also the lowest *** quote of any hair transplant doctors in Los Angeles. Rob Angelino never set my hopes too high with unrealistic expectations. He made sure I knew that while I was a good candidate for the procedure, results can vary. I agreed to do the procedure and the professional demeanor of him and Dr.

Ron Chao once I met him put me at ease. I was comfortable during the surgery. I was treated just as valuable after my procedure as I was before and during. I was given all the recommendations I needed to take care of my donor spot and the graft sites.

Rob Angelino was readily available by email and phone for any questions I had in the weeks and months following the procedure. It's been a year now and my hair is thicker, fuller, and better looking than it ever has been since my youth. I'm thankful to Rob Angelino, Dr Ron Chao, and their staff for taking care of me! I've read some phony reviews here and other places about this amazing group of people and had to put my two cents in.

Dr. Ochs is one of them and it's funny because he's one of the doctors I consulted before meeting with Rob Angelino. Dr. Ochs not only tried to overcharge me for his procedure, but he told me I was a bad candidate for any procedure other than FUE.

He also tried to say he was the only doctor offering legitimate hair transplants in Los Angeles. Nice try buddy! If you're looking for affordable, quality hair transplants in Los Angeles, give them a call.

Rob Angelino is the way to go. -John R

I agree Dr. Ron Chao

& Rob Angelino were totally professional and their hair transplant group did excellent work. I've already referred several friends and they too are very happy with their results.

I too had a great experience with Dr. Ron Chao and Rob Angelino.

They truly cared about me and my hair loss condition and did a wonderful job restoring my hair.

Ronald Philip Chao MD.

is one of the most skilled surgeons I've ever met. He repaired donor area scar that was left by a previous hair transplant I had done at another clinic.

This review is from a competitor NOT a customer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This article is from a competitor not from a customer since his patients ended up doing the procedures with us. HairLab is a great hair restoration clinic and the article above has been submitted by a competitor and not a customer.

Pissed customer is violating the term by allowing a competitor bad mouthing for business.

THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SHOW CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND NOT COMPETITORS BAD MOUTHING FOR EACH OTHER. THAT IS NOT ETHICAL AND THEY ARE VIOLATING THE TERM AND CONDITIONS OF ANY REVIEW WEBSITE THAT THE REVIEW SHOULD COME FROM A CUSTOMER OR PATIENT ONLY NOY FRM A COMPETITOR....THEREFOR THIS ARTICLE SHOULD BE REMOVED SINCE IT IS A COMPETITOR ARTICLE NOT A CUSTOMER.

Any review from a competitor has no value in that it is usually motivated by money, jealousy, or other emotional factors. It also demonstrates a lack of ethics by the "complainant".

Such a comment would have no place in a review website which is intended to provide customer opinions, and brings up questions as to the ethics of the website itself.

I am not a customer of Hairlab. I visited their offices approximately 3 years ago, but have not yet made a determination as to any future action with any company providing similar services..

Rob angelino, dr ron chao & hairlab grand theft fraud

approximately 2 years ago one of my hairsurgery lab technicians arrived early prior to the 1st scheduled surgery. Many of the patients for the 1st surgery of the day seemed very anxious and wanted to cancel their procedure.

as it turned out the early arriving hair surgery technician was attempting to direct the patients over to another clinic. the clinic in question was that of Rob Angelino and Dr Ron Chao. HairLab is the name of the facility. approximately 12 surgeries were diverted to Rob Angelino, dr ron chao and hairlab.

When dr chao and rob angelino were confronted with their criminal behavior by me, their response was "this is hair surgery and things like this happen" as the statute of limitation for grand theft has not tolled, I believe it is finally time to consider prosecution.

Hairlab, rob angelino and dr ron chao continue to operate a facility in beverly hills. they entice patients with low fees and unrealistic expectations that may not always be met

This report has been up for approximately 3 years. Has a complaint, either criminal or civil yet been filed by the author?

If not, WHY not? Perhaps the allegations are not true, and/or cannot be proved in court? Perhaps the "undercover technician" simply felt that the patients of the author of the complaint needed to be warned as to the quality of work done by the author.

I am not a customer of Hairlab.

I only know that this sort of "review" displays a lack of ethics on the part of the author, as well as the website that accepted a competitor "review". My advice to the author is to adjudicate the matter in court, not in the media (if you truly believe you have a case.)

I had procedures done by Dr. Chao and I am very pleased.

Rob Angelino and Dr.

Chao were very professional and strive to give the best customer care and service. I highly recommend HairLab.

If Dr. Ochs keeps on repeating a false statement in his own mind for 2 years, it becomes true as far as he is concerned.

Anyway, if Dr.

Ochs believes he has been wronged and have evidence to prove it, there are proper venues to file a complaint. Throwing allegations on the internet is unprofessional.

Guest

the information about dr chao is not false or misleading . it is truthful and as such not in violation of the ishrs code of ethics.

dr chao does have the right to file a legal complaint but a cross complaint by myself against dr chao, rob angelino and d.a.d. will immediatelty follow.

the truth is the truth and dr chao knows what happened.

Dr. Ochs is paranoia and mentally unfit to be a surgeon.

I have searched the entire internet, and have not come across another surgeon, except Dr. Ochs, trashing a fellow surgeon. He really has brought the medical profession down to a new low level.

Dr. Ochs is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). Yet he blatantly violated its Code of Ethics.

ISHRS Code of Ethics

VII. Members will not denigrate their colleagues using false or misleading information with the intent of injuring the reputation or business of an ISHRS member by any means, either directly or indirectly to include print, radio, television, Internet advertising, or any other public statement made by the member or his/her representative. Violation of this code will not be tolerated and is grounds for disciplinary action.

For his unprofessional conduct, Dr. Ochs should have his California medical license revoked and he be expelled from ISHRS.

Dear Dr. Ochs,

I've great respect for the medical profession.

Attacking fellow surgeon on the internet is just unprofessional and unethical. It brought discredit to the entire profession.

it really happened !

dr chao and rob angelino are theives

I don't know about Dr. Ochs.

But his complaints about Dr. Chao is totally baseless . It never happened. Dr.

Ochs' action is malicious, deplorable, and unethical. Taking down a fellow surgeon by spreading false rumors on the internet is unprofessional and a disgrace to the medical community.

I hope Dr. Ochs reconsiders his action and does not drag this honorable profession down to the level of street ***

for someone who is concerned about their privacy, why do you make so many negative posts that identify yourself as a patient?
