Never received my hair infinity vitamins that I paid for and it came out of my bank account

I ordered some hair infinity vitamins and did 2 expedite the package. They took this right out of my bank.
And now I can't get a clear answer when the package will be delivered and also they're saying there was an issue with the order, but there was no issue taking the money out of my bank! Please help!
