Awful service

This company has the worst customer service I ever saw in my life. They send you completely wrong products- different color and texture than you order. When you try to return it, they write you that it can not be any mistakes in orders, they ask you to send photos of wigs several times and they never exchange or return them. You just loose your time writing to them hundreds of messages and every time different person answers your emails which makes your complaints nonsense. The quality of wigs is AWFUL. They are cheap products from China and look like from Halloween costumes.

I ordered hair extensions. they are WAY too thin. when I asked to return them, they said no but you can exchange them BUT you have to pay the shipping back to CHINA and then to ship the new ones out which was approx. $30 one way. I spoke to someone on live chat that was useless, then someone on email. I ordered the 7pc pkg having bought that many with my last set yrs ago should be enough. However they then inform me (which was never mentioned) that Id need 2 or 3 sets for a full head?! so I somehow need to fit 21 wefts on my head? makes no sense. they are ripping ppl off by not properly advertising.
