Wanted to give a shout out to a wonderful stylist by the name of Emilea at the Rockwood location. She is an awesome stylist.
Very professional and a great personality. She talks to you like she has known you for some time. I have been to several salons and stylists that charge outrageous prices and have walked away very unhappy with the service. She is quite an asset to this salon.
I will be returning to Emilea for future services. Glad to find a stylist that knows what they are doing.

I've frequented this company for many years and it seems the ch hall location 20622 has gone to *** Every time I come in it's overt an hour wait, there are only 2 girls working at any time, and it seems like they enjoy their 10 minute smoke breaks between customers. Last visit i sat over an hour with 2 other customers to get a hair cut.
Not worth an hour and half to get this done. Unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I took my 2 yr old foster son in for a haircut. The lady was rude to me and him.
She had absolutely no patience even though he was pretty darn still for a little guy . She was like it’s the best I can do since he was so wiggly. Um no he moved twice the whole time and kids do that.
She was soooo rude she really needs some people skills. If she didn’t want to cut his hair she should have past him to a coworker

Today my wife checked in online which was already a 40 minute wait when she checked in online. We waited 25 mins inside your Clovis Ca locations where a male came in and checked in for “first available” my wife asked for a specific hair stylist and when the gentlemen realized she was ready he switched to the lady my wife choose but we were next for her services.
After taking the gentlemen she proceeded to advise the receptionist that she would be off after that gentlemen. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m very frustrated and feel we did not get the same service because of our sexual orientation.
This will be the last time we go back to this place! This is not the way to run a business!

The guy in there that cuts hair is too worried about primping himself and only works there to strut his stuff. The redhead Taylor thinks she is a beauty queen or something and rolls her eyes at everyone and picks and chooses the hair she wants to cut.
I thought that when you become a hair stylist that you learn to satisfy your customers not yourself. Now i am going to try to cut my own hair.
