I am not hurt but disappointed that a simple response can not be given. I am still waiting for a response.
A return of my Satin line Waterproof cuff winter cap. It didnt have an adjustable band, it was too tight.
The return was done on 10/31/2024 via USPS.
It was purchased 10/11/2024 @ a cost of $38.70 via PayPay. Please update the status.

Got product. Didnt like it.
Emailed company to return it. They responded requesting order number then zilch. Repeated emails sent asking for returns address.
Nothing & I know its correct address because did recirve initial response. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I emailed to do an exchange. I shipped product back and have received zero response despite follow up emails sent and it's been over a month!
Will not refund my money
I returned the items I purchased. I sent them an email with the tracking number. No response to email or refund.
