Lice removal business failed to remove the lice

We took our daughter to Hair Fairies in Chicago after she caught lice at school. They do not use a heat method like other lice removal companies.
Instead, they pick out the lice and nits by hand. We were happy to pay as we did not have the time or desire to do it ourselves. However, they failed to remove the lice and nits. We were there multiple times over three months but the lice kept coming back because they failed to remove all the nits.
The day after our final visit to Hair Fairies, we took our daughter to a different company which uses a heating method to kill the nits. That company found nits still in the hair from the day before at Hair Fairies. The second company's method worked great and we were finally rid of the lice.
We asked Hair Fairies for a partial refund and they refused. Their corporate office would not even call me back.
