Took 5 year old for a hair cut. Did not wash her hair because it was still damp. Took off one strand of hair because she cut it herself. Less than 10 minutes. Hair was not shaped, all uneven. Cost was unacceptable 23.00 plus 3.95 to clean chair and left 3.00 tip. Asked to have an inch taken off and it was not done. Told it is still her baby hair. Waste of time and money.

User's recommendation: Do not use this salon. Major ripoff.

Don't let the looks fool you. This place is no good.

If you look at this place from the mall hallway it looks pretty and clean, but when you get inside and sit down, you are asking for trouble. This place has no idea how to cut hair. Nor how to listen what the customer wants. I wanted layers, multiple layers, which is not so hard to do. ladies at "Super Cuts" know how to do them, but apparently it is too difficult for this Italian lady who works here. She made one layer ... and it looks awful now. Don't let the looks fool you. This place is no good.

I understand your frustration, I find this place to be wicked expensive too. So, I stopped going altogether.

The only thing about this comment is you really don't have to refer to the nationality of the person. That part sounds really rude.
